Activate Exhibition mode without a touchstone [webOS 2.1] 5

This tip is only for devices running webOS 2.1 and higher

Start Exhibition Button Just because you don’t have a touchstone (or even an available power supply) doesn't mean that you are not able to enjoy Exhibition mode. You can activate Exhibition mode at any time by launching the Exhibition app ( Exhibition app Icon ) from your App Launcher, scrolling down to the bottom of the screen below the Applications listing, and then tap the "Start Exhibition" button

Now you're talking, boys! I don't have a TS for my Pre- running 2.1, but now I have a use for Exhibition, something I've always wanted to try. Awesome sauce! Thanks for the tip!

It would be cool if Mode Switcher could pick different Exhibition apps based on certain triggers.

Call me lame, but Exhibition is the only thing that would make me upgrade my Pre+ to 2.1. I probably would have done it by now, except the idea scares me a bit. Honestly, I've been thinking more and more about buying a VZW Pre2, but it may be the fact that it's on 2.0.1 (and thus no Exhibition) that's keeping me from pulling the trigger.

I wonder if exhibition will be smart enough to be able to recognize the new touchstones with unique identifiers and remember which exhibition app was last used there?

I think it would also be nice to have a preference to start exhibition when on usb charge as well as the touchstone. Might also be nice to have a screen off exhibition mode...
