Description

Agenda reads all calendars on your device and displays a scrollable Agenda listing by day for a user-defined number of days (default is 14 days). It provides a convenient way to see what's coming up on your calendar.

Tapping the <- or -> arrows will move backward or forward by the number of days being displayed.

Tapping the date in the view menu will return you to today's Agenda.

Tapping on an event in the Agenda list will open the Calendar app to edit that event's details.

Tapping on the event's "+" icon will open the Calendar to that day so that you can add another event.

Start typing text to filter the agenda list. Only events matching the entered text in either Subject, Location or Note will be shown.

Agenda preferences include the ability to:

  • show All Day Events
  • show Event Location
  • show Calendar Name
  • show Event Notes
  • hide past Events
  • show days with no Events
  • show the time remaining until your next Event
  • add an icon to launch the Quick Event app
  • choose the number of days to display in Agenda
  • select which Calendars to display in Agenda

The Agenda icon will show the correct date each day - just like the official Calendar app.

This is a proof-of-concept beta version. It uses the com.palm namespace so that it can read existing calendars using an undocumented API. It may break upon release of new versions of WebOS - hopefully Palm will provide a documented API method to read calendars in the future.

Thanks to d00heden for info on the undocumented API! Thanks to remix2000 for another awesome icon!

Donations - Donations are no longer accepted. Thank you to all those who have donated in the past! Agenda uses an undocumented API that I've been informed by Palm will break at some point in the future. This means that Agenda will quit working sometime and I don't know if there will be a way to fix it. Hopefully, Palm will provide a means to read Calendar data that is officially supported in the future, but I can't and don't guarantee that will happen.

is it working on webos 2? I installed and it keeps searching endlessly.

Still waiting for an update.

Works like a charm on 1.4.5. Thumbs up!

I am seeing the same problem on 2.0.1

Yep, keep spinning on my WebOS 2x. Can't specify the value of the "Calendar to display" field. So, is it compatible or not ? If not, please write a note on the app "sales pitch"...

After reading the forums I see this is dead - http://forums.precentral.net/palm-pre-2/280894-agenda-app.html There is a work around, but it is not as good as this app was.

I just installed this on a pre Minus running 1.4.5 and it works great
