Best Buy Palm Pre Inventory Leaked 16

We told you about Best Buy's June Buyer's Guide having a large Palm Pre ad in it. Plus, we let you know that the Pre is already on display in a Best Buy in Puerto Rico.

Well, looks like some Best Buy inventory sheets for the Palm Pre were leaked and popped up in the everythingpre forums. So you might want to check out those inventory sheets and see if you spot your nearest Best Buy, or at least one within driving distance.

Seems that the largest amount of Pres on order is 42 Pres for Alamo Ranch, Texas. HooWee, those of you living in that area will surely want to check out that Best Buy location! Also: *gulp*, I'm sure you see that $849.99 full price is still in effect.

Just went by a Best Buy in Wheaton MD and they had their display unit out. No pricing or tags just sitting there next to the other sample phones.

In Las Vegas:
-Went to Radio Shack and was told that they would not have the Pre.
-Went to Wal-Mart and the 3 people in the celphone section didn't have a clue what I was talking about.
-Went to a contract Sprint store and they said they would have only 18 units on Sat.

Looks like the best bet is Sprint company stores or the online store, although the Sprint company store I visited had no idea how many units they will have.

thats cool, ive talked with several sprint stores, none of them are alowing to put money down 4 da pre, youall lied to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have my little sister going to stand in line for me at the Laurel, MD Best Buy. And she said she knows some people that work there so she will see what they can do.

Got a friend going to Columbia, MD and Glen Burnie just in case. Then a step sister going to the one in Bowie.

I have told them who ever gets it for me will get a bottle of any type of liquor. I have to work that morning.

not really worried because these people are well known f**k ups. I actually just switched days of work with a coworker so I can got get it myself.

Just because they have that many "on order" doesn't mean they will have that many in stock on launch day.

And the best buy 10 minutes from my house is selling the pre as well. I will be there at 8 with a fresh charged battery to keep everyone updated

heh just left my local best buy store that's like 3 mins from my house and guy said that all BB have ordered the max Pre's avail (but, of course, wont be getting them all at ONCE) because apparently supply and ordering have been capped as a result of the little cash Palm has to produce units en masse. Guy @ BB said he played with the phone for 2 hours and that the phone was "majestic"; he also noted that he had, apparently, never used that word to describe a phone before. Contrary to many critics, said keyboard was great and without issue.

That's nuts, some of these stores are getting less than ten phones total! You guys had better get there two days early, either that or wait two days after the Pre release for the new iPhone to be unveiled at WWCD to see how bad Apple is going to kick Palm in the balls. By then you will be two days into a 2 years contract with Sprint and it will be too bad for you.

Cool! My BB in MI is getting 28. There is a sprint store right across the street, so I will be there when the doors open at 6am and if they run out of stock, I'll just run across the street to BB and wait for them to open at 8am.

WOW!! Crazy to see a leaked RSS screen shot from my old district!!

I used to work at one of the locations listed and they've always had low in-stock levels at the time of launch due to being a much lower volume store.

Either way..I'll be at Alamo Ranch or the Ingram Location to easily score my Pre.

These are all stores in San Antonio btw.
