Description
This is one of the most detailed themes around - theming over 1,000 image files in the Pre. Details like the email flag being a Cowboy Star, custom clock faces, memos, backgrounds on photos/browser/videos, launcher icons, messaging, boot screen, notes, sprint navigation, etc. Lots and lots of attention to detail. Can you spot the Dallas Skyline embedded into one of the apps?!?!
NOTE!!! This takes about 3-7 minutes to load via WebOSQuickInstall v2.96+. Do not unplug your Pre until it finishes. Be patient! This theme is so detailed, that it is normal to get warning messages about missing files... it just means that you do not have the specific 3rd party app installed that the theme is trying to "paint". You can just press OK/Continue for these messages. Feedback welcomed.

how do you get it onto the pre?
Install Preware. Open that App and you will see Available Themes. If you don't know how to install Preware, go Precentral's Apps heading and click How To Install Homebrew Apps to load WebOS Quick Install. Skip "filecoaster", it's not nearly as nice as Preware.
The recommended way is WebOSQuickInstall (WOSQI). Read the forum thread for this theme for info - there is also a post for step-by-step install instructions using WOSQI.
i can't seem to get the WebOS to recognize the files in the Dallas Cowboys folder? What to do?
Finally! I have been waiting for someone to make a Dallas Cowboys theme! I want to find a Thanksgiving theme and then a Christmas theme after that. I like to keep my Pre with the seasons. I had a really cool Halloween theme!

Man...awesome job!! I love the Cowboy theme and the Longhorn theme. Great to see someone love the teams that I love also. One question though, I was wondering if anyone else got the UT background on the memos like I did when I downloaded the Cowboy theme? I removed the Longhorn theme and doubled checked the memos when it returned to the normal Pre theme. It went back to normal, but when I downloaded the Cowboy theme it had the Longorn theme on the memos only. I removed it twice to make sure. Thanks,
Where did you get the theme from, how did you install it (what program or method, and what version of said program/method)? I just downloaded the ZIP file from here to double check the image that is stored inside it - and it is the Cowboys football field memmo background, not the UT one. So I am beside myself in figuring this out. Perhaps your answer to my initial questions will help.
Thanks for the reply. I installed and removed everything from Preware. I will try removing the Cowboy theme from WebOS, and then reinstalling the Cowboy theme. I just find it weird that when I remove it, it does go back to the orginal theme including the memos. It shows on Preware that no other themes are installed either.
Be sure to download the ZIP file from PreCentral.net, then ensure that WOSQI is using this downloaded ZIP file. The problem is that Preware is not aware/does not support the levels of detail that my themes support. Only the ZIP file/WOSQI method does.

I am absolutely in awe of what you have done. All I can say is thank you, the detail and thought that you have put in to this is remarkable. I have been looking for the theme of themes my friend and as a devoted Cowboy fan you have done that. Thanks!

awsome theme takes along time to install. prob because it changes so many things.
Just installed... Great job... Very detailed... I got a bunch of install errors, but it seems to be working fine...
Errors are normal if you do not have installed all the apps that the theme can 'paint'.
BTW 5 Stars...
Only issue I have with it is the signal bars are pretty hard to read, especially at a glance. Other than that it is fun taunting my Redskins co-worker with it.
so I downloaded the zip file & tried to drag it into the WOSQI but nothing happens, it wont drop in there..what am i doing wrong?
You dont drag it onto WOSQI. Choose Tools-Themer from the menu and then you will be at the place in WOSQI where you install themes with.

Errors from WOSQI v2.9. A new version of WOSQI is due out any day that will hopefully fix this problem.
I let WOSQI 2.9 run for over an hour and I didn't get the error 5 or 19 anymore, but it also didn't install the theme. I also tried Preware which ran without errors, but also did not install the theme. I sure hope the WOSQI update fixes this!

Hey guys, this theme looks amazing, but I cannot get it to drag into the webos quick install. I was only able to download it through preware app on phone, but it looks as if it is a partial to the real theme. help please?

Try the new version just posted today (Jan 13th, 2010) and see if it finally installs now.

Great theme. Installed with Quick Launcher. Only problem is that neither WOQL nor Preware recognize that I have a theme on my phone. Which means I have no way of removing it to install a different one or even get back to the default. Without this glitch, which may or may not be the fault of the theme itself, I'd definitely give it 5 stars. Install at your own risk!
This is awesome, dude. For all those using WOSQI 3.01, I'm using 2.81, and it worked just fine. Keep 3.01 on your PC as well, but to install this theme, use an older version of WOSQI. Great job rmackay.
I've been a 'Boyz fan thru thick and thin and been waiting for an awesome theme. This is it. Detail is outstanding. BTW, I love the startup splash screen! Football field corkboard on Memos app is also awesome. Thank you so much.

WebOSQuickInstall still gives me the error that i cant use themes so i had to install through preware. The theme is awesome! but the only thing is, my home wallpaper isnt the same as pictures (the football ripping through the wall). It is still a Cowboys theme wallpaper, but I want to have the football one. Is there a link I can use for the image file so i can send it to my phone? thanks
Use WebOS Quick Install 2.8x, works like a charm. When installed thru preware, all the graphics don't get installed, hence no wallpaper. This theme will not get installed using WebOS Quick Install 3.x

Don't install this theme unless you want to be stuck with it forever. Because you will be.
Nothing even comes close. This is the best theme available. I will pay to have a Univ. of Virginia theme as detailed as this. (I'm a grad student) Let me know if your willing to take this on.

need help, it doesnt work, when i get to the page where it says themer, i click on it and nothing happens, i clicked on file, then add file, and it just made the word sprint and the time blue...need serious help, why is it when i click on the word themer, it doesnt do anything
