Delete Launcher Page [webOS 2.x] 2

by Adam Marks Fri, 13 May 2011 11:13 am EDT

This tip is only for devices running webOS 2.0 and higher

In webOS 2.0, you now have the ability to add pages to the App Launcher beyond the three default pages, as well as the ability to rearrange those pages just like you would rearrange cards. And with the ability to add a page, you can also delete any pages that you no longer need.

Deleting a page is a rather simple task, but you can only perform it if the launcher page is completely empty. So, you must move your icons from that launcher page (or delete the app if it's no longer needed) until no icons are left.  At that point, you will see an  in the middle of the page and you just need to tap that to delete the page.

FREAK'N FINALLY!!!!!! Very cool ;)

Ummm . . . I already have at least SIX launcher pages organized with different types of apps in 1.4.5.

Go under Launcher.
Go under Enter Edit Mode.
It lists all your pages. If you want another one, click on the + and name it.
If you want to delete one, click on trash.

Or am I so used to the homebrew add-ons that I've forgotten what the original launcher looks like?
