I'll wait til i see the DropBox app that Jason is working on...

Me too! It won't be too long :)

Exactly. Either that or wait until they make this $3 app function fully. Sheesh.?

I hope people are donating like crazy to that guy -- he deserves a second income with all the cool stuff he gives us.

It's coming soon, I think you guys will like it :)

Is this better than ZumoDrive for some reason?... cause I love that app and does pretty much everything that was mentioned...

ZumoDrive doesn't work with dropbox ;)

Very cool!

And if any new users want a free extra 250Mb of space, sign up using this link:

FYI, it's $2.99

Who is DoGood? I am concerned that their only way of contacting them seems like e-mail. Yet we give our account and password info to their app.

Yes, their app does need more functionality. O.K. for now, I guess.

Jason we know, and I hope his app will be coming soon with what's lacking in Dropboxify.

Maybe having both apps will be good.

Zumo drive does not work with dropbox but if you have a zumo account and a dropbox account, you can set your local dropbox folder on your pc as a linked folder in zumo drive. This allows you to use zumo drive to access dropbox to some extent.

I think the question about ZumoDrive was more about choosing between Zumo and Dropbox as an overall choice - not choosing one app to access the other's 'cloud', and the reply was just silly sarcasm.
As near as I can tell the service in general between Zumo and Dropbox are fairly similar. Perhaps I would choose one or the other based on how well their apps behaved.
My wife's HP Mini laptop came preloaded with Zumodrive, if that's any indication of things to come.

I am using zumodrive, i purchased additional space to put all my music and photos on, but have issues getting everything to show. Their tech support have been working out the bugs on their servers, but starting to get impatient and kind of want my money back.

So....um.... If I'm reading this right, you can't upload or download? I guess I'm a little fuzzy on the concept here...

Hey PreCentral! How come the full version of this artcle is an actual article and the mobile version is simply the description from the app catalog? It was the same with the app review yesterday. I like using the mobile site on my Pre, but I want the real articles.

What is the advantage between this app and the mobile web version of Dropbox?
http://www.dropbox.com/m/login

I have been using that for a few months and it works perfectly

What, I paid 3 dollars for an app that wont even download the file off the cloud and onto the Pre? Isn't that the whole point to this service? Somebody please tell me how to download a file locally onto the Pre. ZumoDrive does this effortlessly.

1. Can't upload
2. Can't save unsupported app types to storage media
3. dropboxify FAIL!

That's it. Not only would I not pay for an app that misses two of the main reasons to HAVE an app like this, I wouldn't download it for free... well, maybe if it was free.

DEV: back to the drawing board and add those two functions.
Else
lose customers

quit.

Doesn't look like this app does anything you can't do from the website, which is actually quite nice.

Wait a second in the screenshots, there is a contextual menu "Upload Existing", so it can upload files or not? can someone shed light upon it?

Thanks
