Exhibition: Show/Hide background in Time [webos 2.1+] 7
This tip is only for devices running webOS 2.0 and higher
When you first load up Exhibition mode in webOS 2.1 or higher, you are presented with a screen that looks like the typical webOS lock screen with the time on a black screen, just without the padlock icon to unlock the phone. However, if you are into a little more color and want more than just a black screen, you can tap anywhere on the screen to display a blurry picture of what appears to be a field of green and a blue sky. Want to return to the black screen? Just tap on the picture again. Here's hoping that HP will allow us to select our own picture in the future, just as you change your phone's wallpaper.

what would be nice would be if it followed the time of day sunrise to sunset, could probably be a feature in an exhibition weather app too :)
1+ HP LISTEN THIS IS A GOOD IDEA.
has anyone found this image in the filesystem? it could be changed from WOSQI...
I have found it and changed it multiple times. Let me go figure out where I changed the files
I dont know why exhibition mode is not available with regular charging. Why does it only for touchstone charging. I hope homebrew comes out with a solution for that.
along with displaying the picture it also turns the screen brightness up a tad, ideal for lighting your late-night ventures out of bed
I was able to easily change this back when all we had was the leaked version of webOS 2.0 / 2.1 for the Pre - on Sprint.
I think it was possible in exhibition settings
