Foursquare Coming to webOS

Foursquare, if you didn't know, is a mashup of a YARF (Yet Another Restaurant Finder) and social networking into a kind of "Hipper than thou, hang out at the coolest places more" game (ok, so we're only down on it because it doesn't cover where most of your PreCentral.net writers live and work).  Anyhow, it's a neat app and well-loved by many a connected urbanite, but currently available in app form only on Android and the iPhone

For some time now, we've been hearing that Foursquare was coming to webOS from good folks like GrantHeppes and jhoff80. So we've been waiting for it. Enter @Adora, whom you may know better as friend-of-the-site, PreDevCamp Organizer, and current Palm developer relations guru Lisa Brewster. She posted the above screenshot on Twitter last night of an "awesomely alpha webOS" version of Foursquare and we have to say: looks decent.

Once this gets released, webOS life will be complete: Foursquare when you want to go out on the town and one of the several FMyLife apps when you are stuck at home with your cats and a half-gallon of Edy's.
