FunTime 3D eDesigner Easter for digital Easter eggs 5

So you’ve got your eggs, dye kit and your basket of chocolate Easter bunnies and rainbow peeps. Making those baskets take a lot of time and energy and the dye on the eggs you just made will take a few minutes to dry... but what if you break them? Remember that scene in Steel Magnolias while they were trying to take the Easter eggs to the church and they got crushed? There go your memories of this year, eh? Go digital this Easter - it's easier, it' cleaner, and you can print and share your Easter egg creations with family and friends.
How to do this? Use the $0.99 FunTime 3D eDesigner Easter. It's really simple to create your own special design that you can keep forever. Upon opening the app you're presented with several options that lead you to create the marvelous Easter egg of your digital dreams. You can even name and add a short message to said eggs. The five options allow you to add different textures and colors. There are dozens of textures to choose from, including words, hearts, and geometric designs. Adding color is a bit less straightforward, with funky arrows to adjust the color depth and hue. But once you've got that down you can choose to bathe your egg all in one color or use the spread of the digital rainbow.
Once all the designing is done you can actually touch the egg and turn it and make it face different directions. We know, "Ooooh... pretty...". You can save the file, spin it around on the screen and admite your creation, or even package it up an email and share it with your far-flung relatives. If you'e feeling particularly modern, you can even slap your TouchPad down on the dinner table for the Easter feast. Big, glowing, perfectly-made digital Easter eggs courtesy of FunTime 3D eDesigner Easter, or a little bowl of puny painted eggs that took hours to prepare and yet still look sloppy. Your choice, though we know which way we're leaning.

But Sharon, what if I drop my touchpad, do all my eggs break?
Yuck yuck! :-P
I really want to say thank you for the information you have shared. Keep writing these kind of posts and I will be your loyal reader. Thanks again.

Just bought this app and was very unimpressed. I was expecting something that my three-year-old could play with (like the pumpkin carving app that was reviewed back in October), and instead I get something complex enough that a normal non-programmer would struggle to use.
The thing is, this app has great potential. All it needs is a color picker that's more of a "tap on the color you want". A pattern picker that worked the same would also be nice. Normal users don't need to know that you mix red and green to get yellow, and they sure don't need to know that the range of colors is from 0 to 255!
Firstly thank you to Sharon L Copeland for the review of our app! We are very grateful for the review.
This message is specifically in response to jdieter and any other customers who have purchased our apps. We are very honored by your business and wish only to create great apps. Its feedback like this that helps us to make better apps. We are an indie development company which means we are a very small company (3 person team) developing apps.
In all our future updates for FunTime 3D products and the whole lineup of FunTime 3D we will make full consideration in changing the color picker to become more easy. We will work on doing an update in the future on this specific easter app (as easter has already come) and we will focus on making things easier for children.
We hope that the rest of the app experience has gone well for users such as yourself and please do know, (for all our valued current and future customers) we are always listening and watching the web to keep all our customers happy. We can't please everyone, but we will do our best to not leave a single customer behind.
If our app is limited in its capabilities, we hope that our guarantee of commitment in making our apps better in the future will shine through.
We are not just an overnight drive-by app development company. We take our app development seriously and wish to only give our customers great quality and value for money spent.
Thank you once again for your business and I assure you that myself and my other developers are taking this seriously and will be putting these ideas into a future update of the Easter version of FunTime 3D as well as other editions of the FunTime 3D lineup of products.
