If you click on the link you will see that the minimum OS requirement is 1.4.5 You won't see it until the update hits.

LOL - yeah, I was about to point out the month too... I'd hate to relive June all over again, it was rough enough the first time around.

Uhm, is it not the same "Assassins Creed: Altairs Chronicles" already available from Gameloft for the Pre? How different could HD be on a screen that size? I hope this means I get a free update.
