Good Morning new apps
like new apps but really waiting on 1.4 update
I think that were are going to see flood of apps on the way with web OS 1.4, developers are waiting to unleash all their hardwork with these apps
iSpoofCard - Spoofing & Voice Changer, Free, by TelTech: Caller ID spoofer and voice changer. Free trial of service included.
Finally. Loved this on the iPhone
Derek, you didn't mention that the App Catalog is 4 app's away from 1500. That could easily be surpassed tomorrow.
Whoa! Didn't get much sleep last night and I completely missed that. Rock on!
As of 8:20am CDT the App store is 2 away from 1500!!
App store at officially 1500! YAY! We are slowly making a move up! :)
Although webOS isn't getting much love from the big app makers, (Audible, eReader, DocsToGo-Dataviz, Bank of America,
Vonage, to name a few), we do seem to be getting some very capable, well written, robust and useful apps, from plenty of good, (smaller), developers. ...and it seems I've bought most of 'em.
Hopefully, their hard work will help keep the Pre and webOS from falling out of the "spotlight", long enough to allow Palm to sell enough phones so it's worthwhile for the "big-guys" to develop apps for.
Thanks to all the developers who are working hard to create these apps - literally, Palm's life-line to the future.
+1 very well put. I agree... Fire up that marketing campaign palm
Any word on the precentral application?
For the GeoStrings trial, the trial period for people in the U.S. is 10 days as stated in the article; however for people outside of the U.S. it has been extended to 45 days so they can use the app until April when hopefully paid apps are available.
derek, one of these days your going to have to say, "here are the new apps:"
These Appible book applications just seem a waste of time to me. 'Pride and Prejudice' and 'Through the Looking Glass'are freely available elsewhere. If you are interested in reading books on your Pre, I recommend downloading the FREE eBooks by Kobo application, once you have that you can browse FREE titles to read on your phone... you will find 'Pride and Prejudice' and 'Through the Looking Glass' for FREE on Kobo.
500 more apps and Palm can start claiming they have thousands of apps to download, just like andriod.
Still missing a Sling Player for the Pre! Slingbox Pro collecting dust...
Thank You for the Updates Derek/pre|central. Keep up the great job!
Heck yeah!! iSpoofCard is friggin awesome!
This just made my day :)
Bring on 1.4 WEW!!!
meh
I`m being lazy so that`s why I`m asking here. Is the 1.4 update going to be available for "all" Palm Pre`s, or just the Plus models???? I already have Video recording with sound on my Palm Pre, but can`t "See" what I`m recording...lol. Is the 1.4 going to fix that???
