App Catalog Bam! It’s time for new apps!

  • Need for Speed Undercover is now available for Pixi users in France, Germany, Mexico, and Spain. Of course, the Pixi isn’t actually available in all those countries, but whatevs.
  • Klingon: Warrior's Anthem is silly: it’s the waving flag of the Klingon Empire set to the Warrior's Anthem. It brings out the geek in us. There are a variety of slightly-more-useful-because-they’re-actual-countries flag and anthem apps available, but none so nerdy.
  • Tanks! gives us a modern rebuilding of the tank-shooter arcade classic Battlezone.

Awake? Good, because there’s more to tackle, consume, and digest after the break.

Pixi is not sold officially in Mexico... and Telcel is still at WebOS 1.4.0

My understanding is that if the developer releases an app for your country, even if it's not "officially" supported, you can download it. Hence the current apps avail to TelCel users already.

As for the 1.4.0 version, that sucks but EA is an early access partner so their games can be downloaded.

Waving my Klingon flag with pride!

taHjaj wo'!
