New in the App Catalog

We may have skipped briefing you on the newness dropped on Tuesday, but we're going to make it up to you on this Thanksgiving with a double-day app dose.

  • College Basketball Live! brings you the latest scores for your favorite college basketball, live in a dashboard ticker or in the app. Also available: Women's College Basketball Live!
  • eSuds Laundry Tracker is for the college student living in campus housing with eSuds-enabled laundry machines: track the status of both the laundry room and individual machines from your phone.
  • Fuel Cost is the reverse of what we usually see (the MPG calculator), instead taking a known MPG, distance, and fuel price to figure out how much the trip should cost you in gas.
  • Hands-Only CPR, from the American Heart Association, gives you instructions and videos explaining the new hands-only CPR. It could save a life, and it's free.

Windows Phone 7 hit 3000 apps and now has 15000 developers. Lets go Pallllllmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!! We know you're on a mission to blow webOS wide open in the coming months. The excitement is building up for CES 2011 as HP/Palm will reveal our long awaited devices. If not there then maybe at Mobile World Congress.
