New in the App Catalog for 25 May 2010 5

Hey all, it’s time for another dash of App Catalog newness. Here’s what’s looking cool:

iTunes Search lets you search the iTunes Store database, listen to previews, and as we saw earlier this week, set those previews as your ringtone.
Tumbly gives you access to your Tumblr account, post your own stuff, and read what your friends are posting.
Communicate Speed Dial offers a new option in the ever-expanding speed dial segment of the App Catalog, this time giving you the option to group your contacts and have full access to all communications avenues.

Obviously, that’s not all. If we spotlighted everything, then it wouldn’t be a spotlight. Or would it? Either way, the rest is after the break.

iTunes Search, Free, by Crystal Development. Search and preview songs from Apple’s iTunes Store and set previews as your ringtone for free. Note: You can’t buy songs from iTunes here.
Join Five, $0.99, by Third Wish Software. The classic pen-and-paper dot-connecting game comes to webOS.
Tumbly, $1.49, by kandutech. Get into your Tumblr dashboard and see what the people you’re following are posting, and post yourself.
UltraFart, $1.00, by Loudapps. More than thirty high-quality flatulent sounds.
