WebOS is sorely lacking in productivity apps. HP ought to put some of their talented engineers to work on apps that are more than just fun time-wasters...

Rather than more stupid apps by H/P employees, why not use them to code for more things in webOS 2.0

Newsflash!
90+% of what is in the Apple and Android catalogs is crap. It's stands to reason that 90+% of what going to show in a daily app drop for WebOS is also going to be crap.

I want an app like this "Cheap Gas & Station Locator" that tells me exactly which gas stations to stop at on a long trip!!!

Say, from New Orleans to Ohio.

I want to know the cheapest gas stations that are on my route, based upon how much range I have left in my tank, and from that point, the range of a full tank.

An app that could find the cheapest hotels/motels on the route would be nice, as well.

It's all about the ROUTE. Anybody can look up gas station / hotel prices in a given zip code. But which one is cheapest on the ROUTE!?!

This would be a money maker, for sure.
