same shit happens to me, did you ever get a reply or an answer? ive tried downloading themes onto my desktop and then using web os quickinstall to retrieve the file, dont' work, then i tried the themer shit, that dont work either. and i have preware on my pre already. shit is confusing.

download preware

pick manage feeds in the options rollout

turn on precentral-themes

select and install themes straight from the phone

The WEB OS Quick Install is on my desktop, however it doesnt have the Package update software in the WebInternals (all) What the heck happened to it. And when I try to down load from here, it goes in the my phones files but nothing happens.. Where should I install the Theme? What folder? Anybody. Help!!!

My palm pre downloaded and update to web os 1.4.5. After that the theme lost some of the desing. i removed it and havent been able to re intall it. Any help will be appreciated!
