Is the iTunes sync a two way sync?

If you buy something off the Amazon store, will it sync back to iTunes?

Amazing Video, thank you!!! But once upon a time I was convinced to buy the Microsoft Zune and not the iPod, any way I can sync my zune directly? Or will I have to copy music from my zune to my collection and then drag it to the Pre?

Is there a way to SORT music in a playlist? I downloaded a sermon to iTunes, and sync'd with the Pre. However, the tracks (5 minutes each) show up all out of order. Any help in sorting is appreciated.
