In the video you state that the Touchstone charger doesn't work with the usb cable plugged into the computer. I thought it was already known that the charger only works when plugged into an A/C outlet.

My touchstone does not seem be charging. When I plug it in directly I get a notice that it is charging. Any suggestions?

Turn it over. The word "PALM" should be facing up. The magnet-looking ring faces down...
