Palm Sightings: CSI: New York and Miami, Heroes comic 16

The Pre is popping up all over these days, appearing now in two of the three CSI’s and spreading into a third avenue of promotion within the Heroes universe. We’ll start with CSI: NY, where Detective Mac Taylor (Gary Sinise) has long been a user of Palm phones, including sporting a Treo Pro all through the last season. But apparently the NYPD Crime Lab saw fit to issue him an upgrade, in the form of a Pre.
Further down the US eastern seaboard you’ll find a crime scene in CSI: Miami. As with any urban crime scene, people bust out their phones to take pictures and one such passerby whipped out a Pre (just left of center):
Lastly, there’s Heroes, which has long been sponsored by Sprint, and thus the character has sported a Pre here or there throughout the current season. It seems that the Palm invasion has spread from on screen and mini-drama ads to the Heroes online graphic novel, where we can only hope the phone proves to be fire resistant.

I didnt see it, but I hear its also on Bones.
My wife said the same thing. She saw it last night...
Yup- It was on Bones. Dr. Brennan picked up a text while out on a date with Booth's boss.
I concur, it was a Pre. What was interesting though is that most people wouldn't be able to tell unless they owned a Pre. It was dimly lit and the camera wasn't focused in on her...it was a wide angle shot unlike what was used on CSI.

Who cares this stuff was kind of interesting when the Phone wasn't available for sale yet, but now who cares. I have one in my own hand.
It's just nice to see a character not carrying an iPhone
I wasn't really paying attention, but there was definitely a palm pre in Desperate Housewives. From what I've been told it shows up in multiple episodes.
They also have a mini soap featuring the Pre during the com. break. I think they are planing a new episode each week during Desperate Housewives.
But to see others with it builds a special relationship, a unique bond between us all. : )

Anybody watch Desperate Housewives last night? Palm Pres were used by the characters several times during the show. There was even a close-up of the phone receiving a text with the Sprint logo clearly visible. Then there was the soap opera style commercial for Palm showing the Pre with the docking station....very cool!
Pre spotted 71 Billion miles from Earth. New show on Sci-Fi Channel...Stargate Universe. Pretty sure Eli has one as well and maybe others. Hope they brought their TouchStone..!!

Anybody else see the new csi new york episode last week "Death House" Mac used the to pre videophone the lab! Does this mean there's a camera on the front of the phone that palm hasn't let anybody know about yet! Or did csi really eff that one up?!
