You've watched all of the videos that came out of last month's Palm Developer days, and you're craving more from Palm's brightest.  You're in luck, as the 5th installment of Palm's Standford Lecture series has been posted to the company's YouTube page.  Video 5 has Palm developer portal's editor-in-chief Fred Patton discussing the finer points of UI components and services.  To accompany the video above (which can also be caught on Palm's YouTube page), the entire slide set can be found by way of SlideShare.

hey just wanted to say that youtube video uploading on the sprint pre isn't workin.

It works, but there is a bug. You can't change any of the video's meta data before uploading (e.g., the title) or it will fail.

Actually he managed to explain stuff much better than the other speakers. This cleared up a lot of questions that I had and couldn't figure out the answer for.
