I just tried downloading on my touchpad via the preware application. However, after it is finished downloading it keeps showing as if it's installing for a over 10 minutes now... any ideas what is going on with this?
I am also having the same problem
I have the same problem
Anyway to get in touch with this developer to fix this issue?
I don't know what the issue is. It's not a problem with the ipk (you can download it fine from this page and install it using webOSQuickInstall) so it must be an issue with either Preware or Precentral's feed. The download is 3.5MB but Preware only downloads 76KB on my TouchPad.
I have same problem. Tried several times. I gave up and also deleted the Klingon clock that uses these fonts. Oh well.
Would you be willing to try again? I've bee told the problem was with PreCentral and that it has been fixed.
Download the font .ipk from the link here, transfer it to your phone using your favorite method, then use Preware to install the package. You can browse your media/internal directory in Preware to install it.
I'M LOOKING FOR THE FONT LING HERE ? WHERE IS THE LINK
Well, I downloaded the .ipk, transferred it to my TP into /media/internal, installed Preware, but cannot see how to browse the directory and install it.
Can you elaborate?
Thanks....
you need to log in to precentral to download the ipk file
Swipe down from the top left of Preware to select install package. You ought to be able to browse to /media/internal from there, select the ipk, then install it.
This just worked for me: downloaded the ipk from the link above, emailed it to myself, opened the email on my TP and downloaded the file, Preware automatically opened and gave me the option to install. It did not prompt me to restart Luna but I was unable to see the correct Klingon characters without a Luna restart. This ipk just will not download from Preware itself, had to use the method outlined above.
