PreDevCamp Invades Sprint HQ 4

Above, the fine folks from PreDevCamp gloat a bit -- and justifiably so --about how they headed out to Sprint headquarters in Kansas City and got to take a look at the infrastructure Sprint is building up for the Pre.  Apparently they got the skinny on some "amazing stuff" they're developing for the Palm Pre that they can't share.

We're not sure just what sort of infrastructure Sprint would need to build for the Pre (perhaps tweaks to Sprint TV, Sprint Music, and Sprint NFL?) for the Pre, but hearing that Sprint is edging toward eliminating walled gardens and supporting more open web standards sounds pretty darn good to us.  Hopefully it will be more than just lip service (Hi Verizon!) and the Pre will be successful enough to convince Sprint that they're better off being open than closed.
