Reminder: submit your next device mockups by midnight tonight 33

A friendly reminder that we're planning on giving away the next Palm device, whatever it happens to be, to the person who submits our favorite mockup. We have a ton of entries so far (here's a preview), but the deadline for submission is midnight tonight, eastern time.
So go check out the rules here and get drawing/photoshoping/video rendering/sculpting/whittling!

Can't wait to see some of the cool designs. Some people put a lot of work into it and do a great job.

Some of the ones they have posted in the forums are really nice. Hope HP is waching (and you know they are) and inc some of these designs in there new form factors. Some are so nice that I think other companies could use them.

As one of the entrants, I can tell you it was a ton of work (my video took almost 11 hours to render, alone, after it was all modelled, textured, lit and set up with a moving camera - and lets not even begin to get into the 3d modeling part at the onset!!! :) ), but, its all in good fun - we arent getting paid for this, so, I'm sure I speak for all of the artists when I say that its just a great creative outlet for lots of pent-up anticipation we have had over the past year or so.
We just want everyone to enjoy all the different ideas - that's where the real fun is!

Virox definitely has my vote. Almost made me want to go out and buy one....or all three!
I agree with LCGuy. Doing one of these designs takes a lot of thought time, time I didn't have to give to a quick project like this. My entry isn't presented in glorious graphics like many of these are, but the real point is to get ideas on the table (and possibly into the minds of the designers).
Go check out The Chameleon. I just posted it in the forum. But I have to admit, there are some great ideas here.
Are the entries posted in one thread or are they spread all around the forum? What's the easiest way to find them?

I'm an entrant as well and I have to say this was a lot of fun. For the others that took the time to do a mock up, I think its awesome! I love webOS and it's obvious that I am not alone. Fun little contests like this are great for letting the imagination run free.... while we wait for the next great device.
Win or lose I am getting myself a Palmpad on Day 1.

Same problem, but I submitted mine anyways running a minute late. Actually, when you finish yours...post it anyways. I'd love to see some more creative ideas. Sorli...
If I didn't have a ton of homework to do, I would have tried designing something. Oh well, maybe I'll have time for the next PalmPad mockup contest.

There's a Future Palm Device forum. Look in there for threads that begin with [Mock-Up Contest]. Some, but I'm sure not all, have started threads with our design. For the final list, we'll have to wait for the voting to begin.

I'm pretty excited for this and hope everything goes well so we can have another artistic design contest in the future.
There cant be that many participants, so it would be nice if HP/Palm gave each a token of love, maybe gift certificates towards the devices coming in 2011, with different values of course.
