SuperNES emulator hits webOS, Gameboy emulator on sale for good cause 30

VisualBoyAdvance, our favorite Gamebody emulator, is on sale for $2.99 right now and for those of you who haven't yet donated to WebOS Internals, know that a percentage of your purchase will make its way to the webOS hacking commune. Also, if you didn't know, there's a Super Nintendo emulator (with semi-transparent buttons!) available for the low low price of free.
In both cases, if either app manages to score some cash in the (nearly finished!) PDK Hot Apps competition, a portion of that winning will also go to WebOS Internals.

For those that don't know, you *can*
--change the screen orientation
--customize the keyboard controls
(Both of these are described in the in-game 'Help')
You can even create your own skins, although that's slightly more tricky :).
Hopefully between those you can make it more enjoyable, if not bug me on the thread and we'll see what can be done.
Already got both, along with nes and atari. Awesomeness. Now we just need Sega Genesis. Im thinking with all these emulators, thats more than iPhone. Sure they have more apps. But look at how many games we can play. :)

seroiusly, you need flash? I can guarantee that if you had it you would be complaining that it was slow, laggy, and kills battery. Flash is a resourse hogging useless code. HTML5 is the future
Highly recommend everyone tries the fullscreen landscape "stretch" mode with a really transparent skin. There are some built into the app and several nice ones (like leftyjoy) in the superNES thread... It's the only way I play, beautiful onscreen handling with minimal intrusion (much more transparent then the skin pictured above - and custom made for playing RPGs.
I just wish I could find a good site to download the roms.... I did the "Google" search as suggested and got lost in the sea of results. Half the sites I went to, the roms had the wrong extensions on the files...ugghhh

you guys are not aware how many customers palm has lost to android with these statements you guys are not steve jobs... Forgotting that is the only diadvantage of having a iphone no flash but therefore more then you can find on a palm phone.. We can't even do voice recording... Having us wait for so long to then act like palm is all of a sudden the new apple is really pathetic...apple is on the 4th iphone and have done some remarkable homework to say something like that.. what ever happened to MAME for webos? it seems it was claimed to be almost ready over a year ago, and nothing since.
I don't think its wise asking where to find ROMs on this forum, as its technically illegal to download them (unless you own the original cartridges).
I've been using visualboy successfully for weeks. I just Dl'd SuperNES and none of my roms seem to be working correctly. The screen is just flashing mario world brick walls...this is the same site that i downloaded VBA roms...any ideas?
This emulator is just great. I'm amazed at how many games run at full speed. The SNES emulated games actually run faster than GBA emulated games for SNES games that were ported to GBA. SuperNES is rock-solid, and only every once in a while, I'd say about once an hour, it freezes for only five seconds and I'm back to gaming. This is a great project, and I would have gladly donated the money that you have to pay for VBA if it was a free app.
anybody have problems taking a screenshot during any game? I only get a black screen if I take a screenshot.
