Hi. really nice "nightstand" alarm clock app - used it daily and the balloon sound always woke me with a smile. tried purchasing it - am in the UK - and it says this app is not available in your country. Please help

The app seems cool open but I have to shut my phone off to close the app. It's a complete hassle.
I purchased this app and really used it a lot, but today instead of waking me for an appointment, I wake up late and find that I missed my appointment and I have a nice _SILENT_ message: "PROGRAM EXPIRED - PLEASE DOWNLOAD A NEWER BETA VERSION OR CONTACT THE PROGRAM AUTHOR"!!! This is crap! I didn't download a beta. Anytime I launch the app, I just get this message. WTF!
I have paid for and been using this app for ages. But I have just recieved the following error message "PROGRAM EXPIRED - PLEASE DOWNLOAD A NEWER BETA VERSION OR CONTACT THE PROGRAM AUTHOR" From what I see above this has been happening to people for some while ..... so what the hell is this app still doing on pre-central. Is there a fix or is this a stitsh up by the developer. FIX IT or give me my money back !!!!!
I also purchased the app, and now get the "PROGRAM EXPIRED" message, and cannot open or use the app. I did not intend to purchase a beta, and this is still listed on pre central as a fully released app. I also would like to know just what the deal is!

This is one of the only apps I want. But that expiration thing is kind of a drag. I hope we get some assurance that this won't happen again. When I buy an app, I want to KEEP IT.
I love having Timepiece back already, after 3 days of not having it! As long as works well again, then will get the 5th star, too.
I'd be very happy to pay for this useful application. Unfortuantely I live in the UK and have a European Sprint Palm Pre. So the silly App. Catalog. seems to think I am American, so doesn't accept my U.K. credit card. Now the application has expired on the homebrew section, I can't use it. How can I pay for and get the full version of this application?
Absolutely thrilled with this app. It is now my regular alarm clock radio, replacing a top-of-the-line audio appliance that I had refused to let go of because it had multiple alarm features that no other could match. Add a Bluetooth stereo receiver (Belkin) connected to some amplified computer speakers, and Timepiece has everything my big clock radio had and much more. I just have one feature request: the ability to launch an internet-radio URL as an alarm sound. It doesn't even need to play it internally to the app - just launch the URL and let the Pre play it with whatever player it usually does. (In this case, it's an M3U stream from WBGO in Newark, NJ.)
Very good alarm clock for Pre. Needs to be able to take it to the next alarm level - gradual alarms, that start quiet and dim, and slowly get louder (and brighter if possible).
