Win 5 autographed TouchPads from HP's Real Steel giveaway 20
HP and Hugh Jackman, the star of upcoming movie Real Steel, are joining forces to give away some of the last remaining HP TouchPads in their inventory. You can register to win by filling out the very small form on their Facebook page with your name and email address, and have a chance to get either the typical 32GB HP TouchPad, or one of five TouchPads autographed by Hugh Jackman himself.
You have until October 21st to enter the giveaway through the Facebook form, with winners being announced by November 8th. There are a total of 20 TouchPads being given away through the contest, which makes your odds at getting one quite a bit higher than most other giveaways. Even if you don't win the TouchPad, though, Real Steel looks to be a cool movie that HP is involved with creating some futuristic looking gadgets for. I mean, giant robots that were created to smash each other as a sport? What more could you ask for in a movie these days?

I knew it! The real purpose for discontinuing the TouchPad and the firesale was to slash inventory so much that the TouchPad would be good in a contest, as "one of the few remaining HP TouchPads". Well played, HP, well played...
Too bad you have to be a US citizen to enter the competition, seems like HP don't want Europeans to get TouchPads...

I agree with the above post. Yes WHAT is the point really? Advertising a product that was discontinued and is out of stock? WTH??? Unless they plan to bring back webos hardware this is complet nonsense! What tha **** is HP thinking about?
These FB contest. They never seem to announce the winner. It feels like a scam when clicking the LIKE button so page would get free publicity.
