New in the App Catalog for 23 March 2011

After close to a week off, New in the App Catalog is back, and the App Catalog is rocking and rolling to match. There’s plenty after the break, but we’d like to give you some highlights:

  • Desktop Notes lets you slap sticky notes all over your wallpaper, with options for sizes, colors, and fonts.
  • ComicShelf is a slick multitouch viewer for your cbr/cbz comic book files.
  • Mapp is a Bing Maps client with full routing support and satellite and birds-eye views.

Apart from that, we’re getting more and more webOS 2.X-compatible apps. The first Exhibition mode-only apps arrived in the form of Jason Teplitz’s Touchstone Weather and SWR3-Elchibition (German radio) by Suedwestrundfunk. There’s more, new and updated, after the break.
